Artful Hand Studio operates artfulhandstudio.com and sells Copperplate calligraphy learning resources, including printable PDF workbooks and downloadable practice materials. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms and the policies linked on the website.
Digital products
Current workbook products are digital downloads. No physical item is shipped for these products. Product pages show the product title, price, format, and relevant download or usage information before checkout.
Orders and payment
When you place an order, you agree to provide accurate billing, payment, and email information. Payment is processed securely through Shopify and the available payment providers shown at checkout. Prices, discounts, and promotions may change without notice, but the price charged is the price shown at checkout when you place the order.
Digital delivery
After checkout, download access is delivered through the checkout confirmation, order email, customer account, or download page when available. If you cannot access your file, contact contact@artfulhandstudio.com with your order number and checkout email address.
Personal use license
Artful Hand Studio files are for personal practice only. You may print the files for your own practice. You may not resell, redistribute, share, upload, copy, modify for resale, or use the files to create competing worksheet or workbook products.
Refunds and support
Digital files are handled according to the Refund Policy linked on this website. Because digital files can be accessed immediately after purchase, refunds are not offered once a file has been delivered, accessed, or downloaded. If a file is missing, incorrect, damaged, or inaccessible, contact us and we will help restore access or provide the correct file.

We try to keep product information, prices, and availability accurate. If an error appears on the website or in an order, we may correct it and contact you when needed. We may update, change, or discontinue products or website content at any time.
