Return and Refund Policy

Artful Hand Studio offers digital PDF resources and printed Copperplate workbooks. The product page specifies whether an item is digital or physical.

Digital downloads
Because digital files can be accessed immediately after purchase, refunds are not offered once a file has been delivered, accessed, or downloaded.

Before file access
If you purchased the wrong item or placed a duplicate order, contact contact@artfulhandstudio.com as soon as possible with your order number. We will review the request before the file has been accessed or downloaded.

Technical access issues
If your download link does not work, your file is missing, or you cannot access the product you purchased, contact us with your order number and the email address used at checkout. We will help restore access or provide the correct file.

Incorrect or defective files
If the file delivered is incorrect, damaged, or unusable, contact us within 14 days of purchase. When confirmed, we will provide a replacement file or, if the issue cannot be resolved, a refund to the original payment method.

Physical workbooks

For a return, cancellation, damaged item or incorrect delivery, email contact@artfulhandstudio.com with your order number. We will provide the return address and instructions. Photos can help us resolve damage claims. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

EU and UK consumers: you may cancel a standard physical workbook purchase within 14 days after receiving it, without giving a reason. Tell us within that period, then return it within a further 14 days. You pay the direct return postage for a change-of-mind return; this does not apply where we are responsible for a defect or error. Handle the book as you would to inspect it in a shop. Writing in it or damaging it may reduce the refund to reflect the loss of value, where permitted by law.

We refund eligible payments, including the original standard delivery charge, using the original payment method within the applicable legal deadline. We may wait until we receive the returned goods or proof of return, whichever comes first. For Switzerland and the USA, contact us for return requests; applicable statutory rights always remain in force.
