Shipping and Delivery Policy

Postal dispatch begins on 19 September 2026 from Lausanne, Switzerland. This is the first dispatch date, not an arrival date. The workbook is printed and bound in Lausanne.

Delivery is available to Switzerland, Liechtenstein, the European countries and territories offered at checkout, and the United States. Postal delivery to Switzerland and Liechtenstein is free. Other European destinations, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Svalbard/Jan Mayen and the USA: a flat CHF 15 per workbook order, regardless of the number of workbooks ordered. For the USA, this includes postal customs processing. An order may be sent in several parcels without increasing this flat shipping charge. Checkout displays the total in your selected currency before payment.

Delivery time depends on the destination, postal service and customs clearance. We send a dispatch confirmation when the order leaves. For international orders, import taxes or duties may apply; any amounts collected at checkout are shown before payment. Charges not collected at checkout may be payable on import where applicable. For US postal shipments, we arrange the mandatory prepaid customs procedure before dispatch.

Digital delivery
After checkout, download access is delivered through the checkout confirmation, order email, customer account, or download page when available.

Access timing
Digital access is normally available shortly after payment is completed. Email delivery can occasionally be delayed by payment processing, spam filters, or inbox rules.
