Refund Policy

Artful Hand Studio sells digital PDF products. Because digital files can be accessed immediately after purchase, refunds are not offered once a file has been delivered or downloaded.

If you purchased the wrong product or experience a technical issue with your download, please contact Artful Hand Studio with your order number and checkout email. Each case will be reviewed carefully.

Refunds are not available for digital products that have already been accessed, downloaded, printed, or used.
